IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendor fees are $150.00. Payment must be completed once vendor acceptance is completed.
Acceptance as a vendor for Praise Picnic is not guaranteed. All acceptance of applications are at the sole discretion of the Praise Picnic Staff.
Vendor fees are non refundable.
Electricity or wifi will not be provided by Praise Picnic staff. (If you use a generator it must be a QUIET rated generator, if your generator is loud and disruptive to other vendors and attendees you will not be able to use it).
Vendor check-in information will be sent by September 14th, 2024.
FESTIVAL ARRIVAL/VEHICLE INFORMATION
Festival gates open at 12:00PM.
Vendor arrival time is between 10:00AM - 10:30AM. All vendors will have to stay until 6:00PM. Vendor vehicles will not be able to leave the festival grounds until all guests have cleared the park.
Vendors will be allowed to bring vehicles in to the festival grounds to unload and must park once they have unloaded.
All vehicles must be out of festival grounds by 8:00PM. Vehicles left inside festival grounds will be towed.
WORKER FESTIVAL PASSES
RETAIL/CRAFT VENDORS INFORMATION
Retail Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. Retail vendors are responsible for having weights for their pop-up tents and/or tie-downs for equipment and supplies.
Spots are not guaranteed and requests for spots will be not be honored. Spots are assigned at the time of arrival on the day of the festival.
Retail/Craft booths must be completely self-sufficient, and vendors must clean up after themselves.
FOOD VENDORS INFORMATION
All food vendors participating in Praise Picnic must have $1,000,000 of liability insurance. You will be required to name these organizations on the insurance:
- DNTMINDTHEKID Entertainment LLC
- City of Newburgh
Insurance forms must be received by September 1st, 2024 and all organizations can be listed on the same document.
- Food Vendors must submit a copy of a current permit from their County Department of Health or NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets.
BEVERAGES: Food vendors must bring their own water and ice. Food vendors may sell only non-alcoholic beverages from their booth. All beverages need to be sold out of their original can, plastic bottle, or plastic cup.
GREASE: No grease is to be poured onto the festival grounds or down any drains. Anyone found doing this will be asked to shut down their booth. You will be responsible for any and all environmental cleanup costs and subject to prosecution by city or state officials.
LIQUID WASTE: All liquid waste must be removed from festival site by being carried out. There is absolutely no dumping of liquid waste on the ground or in drains. Doing so will subject you to fines and prosecution.
SOLID WASTE: All vendors are responsible to collect and properly bag trash with your sales location. During the event our cleanup crew will collect properly bagged trash from the rear of your space up to 6:00PM. All vendors are required to clean your specific area, remove all trash and debris, and return your area to the same condition it was prior to the event. Upon exit of the vendor area, there will be a dumpster available for vendors to dump any remaining trash bags themselves.
